BATS Improv Theater Bay Area Theater Sports- at Fort Mason is a great place for a first date. Or a second. Or, even a boy’s night out. Why can’t girl’s night out coincide with boy’s nights out? The world would be a happier place. The BATS Improv group is comprised of a very talented, dynamic group of comedic actors. They sing, they play and they make you laugh a lot.
The big event at Oakland’s Fox Theater is the very special two night Tribute Concert honoring Norton Buffalo, who died October 30, 2009. Norton Buffalo was a much loved, singer-songwriter, country and blues harmonica player, record producer, and bandleader. The tribute includes protégés and luminaries including, Bonnie Raitt, Elvin Bishop, Huey Lewis, Steve Miller band and the Doobie Brothers.
Do the Marin Mingle with Moliere’s “The Miser” and Munster and a glass of Merlot
Lights, camera, action. All singles on stage. The Barn Theatre at Marin Art Garden Center in Ross (415-456-9555) has a Single’s wine and cheese reception before Moleire’s racy play, “The Miser”.

Happy hunting at the Soul Mates Safari…why not Hop on the Tiburon Ferry and check out A theme party called, “Stop dating, Start Mating”, at Servino’s excellent restaurant It sounds promising.
